All noise levels must be considerate, especially at night; as this is a home in a leafy suburban setting, and we like to keep our neighbours as friends. Kindly familiarise yourself with the One Rosebank conduct rules booklet in the drawer of the work desk or ask if you need clarity on anything you are not sure of.
The apartment comes with free Wifi and the TV provides free access to Netflix and Amazon Prime. You can use own credentials to log into the other streaming services the apps are available on the TV or download them if not.

Check-in instructions will be sent to you prior to your arrival on the day of checking in. You will then check-in with receiption staff who will give you the keys to the apartment and facilitate your biometric and face recognition access for common areas.
Receiption staff will request a form of identification at the gate and guests will need to enrol for fingerprint and face recognition access before collecting keys. Please have your proof of identification or driver's licence ready.
Free parking is available at the property at basement. You will need to first park at visitors parking then enrol for biometric access at receiption before you can move your car down to the basement.

You may make use of our onsite Epicure by Chef Coco restuarant with 360 degree views of the Parks area via the lift at receiption. Kindly observe any rules that may be imposed from time to time by the building management.
We provide free once-a-week complementary cleaning for guests staying longer than a week. It would be best if the guests can leave the premises for about 3 hours to allow for cleaning to be carried out swiftly. We try our best book day and time upfront according to your communicated preference option that also suits the cleaning staff's schedule. Should you require a cleaner outside this length of stay or ad hock, please let us know in advance so that we can arrange for you at an extra cost of R300.
Laundry:
Our building rules do no allow for hanging of clothing on the patios at any time so guests are requested to rather dry any laundry on the inside of the unit behind the sliding door. Full service laundries are also available nearby at reasonable prices.
Please let us know immediately if something is malfunctioning so it can be rectified. However, all damages or missing items will need to be paid for by you on your departure.
To maintain a fresh and healthy environment, the inside of the apartment is a strictly non-smoking premise. The openness of the apartment causes cigarette smoke to drift and to be absorbed by upholstery. If you feel a need to smoke, please step outside into the patio where there will be no impact on the inside of apartment or use the apartment space.
For fire prevention and safety - please do not leave any electrical appliances switched on when they are not in use, or when you are leaving for the day.
For your convenience, makeup removal wipes are provided. Kindly be mindful of using towels to remove makeup which is very hard to launder.
