Entspannen Sie sich in unserem gemütlichen und schicken 45 m² großen Loft mit zwei Schlafzimmern für bis zu fünf Gäste! Unser Hauptschlafzimmer bietet einen Panoramablick auf die Bonifacio Global City!
Der Raum
Unser Loft lädt zum Entspannen und Relaxen ein! Sehr zentral gelegen mit einem rund um die Uhr geöffneten Supermarkt im Erdgeschoss, einer Bushaltestelle gleich um die Ecke und Einkaufszentren, Restaurants und dem Geschäftsviertel BGC sind fußläufig erreichbar!
Zugang für Gäste
Wir haben einen großen Pool und eine geräumige Sonnenterrasse im 5. Stock, wo Sie Sonne und frische Luft tanken können!
Aufgrund erhöhter Sicherheits- und Gesundheitsvorschriften ist ein RFID-Zugang in den Aufzügen durch den Wachmann in der Lobby erforderlich, um von der Lobby, dem kostenpflichtigen Parkhaus oder dem Gemeinschaftsbereich (Zwischengeschoss) zu den einzelnen Etagen zu gelangen.

Wir akzeptieren nur einen Mindestaufenthalt von drei Nächten und verlangen möglicherweise die Vorlage eines gültigen Ausweises per E-Mail.
Wir haben einen Minibarwagen im Haus, an dem Sie bequem Snacks, Konserven und Getränke mitnehmen und mit GCash bezahlen können!
Für Ihren Komfort stehen Ihnen gebührenpflichtige Parkplätze im Untergeschoss des Gebäudes rund um die Uhr zur Verfügung. Die Parkgebühr beträgt 50,00 P für die ersten drei Stunden, 20,00 P für jede weitere Stunde und 250 P für die Nacht von 23:00 bis 6:00 Uhr.

1. Air Conditioning - the entire loft is fully air conditioned for your comfort with 3 Ac units. There are 2 remote controls--- 1 on the ground floor for the living/dining area and 1 on the masters bedroom which can be used for both bedrooms.
2. Water Heater - the unit is mounted on the wall. You may turn the controls to turn on or off as well as the temperature control.
3. Internet - Here's our wifi access :

4. Voltage and sockets - all electric outlets in the property are 220v and flat type sockets. Please bring your own travel adaptor and transformer if needed. Should you require transformer for your appliances with 110v, we can provide upon advance request and should be notified at least 3 days before your check-in date. Late notice (less than 3 days) will incur P500 delivery charge. Broken/damaged transformer will be charged P5000 to guest accordingly.
5. Washing Machine - the instructional manual is found on the side of the washing machine for your reference. You may dry your clothes with the white rack provided.
6. Hair dryer - found on the bath shelf on the upper floor bathroom. There is no electric outlet inside but you can use this in any bedroom with wall socket.
7. Other appliances - for your convenience, we have a microwave oven, electric water kettle, induction cooker with exhaust, rice cooker, refrigerator, stand fan and iron with ironing board. When ironing, use the ironing board provided and not on the bed or tables to prevent any damage. :)
8. Toilet and Sinks - Please do not throw/flush used tissue into the toilet and remove sink drains to avoid clogging.
9. Shower - comes with water heater. Please close all faucets and shower to conserve water.
10. Important! Use of Kitchen appliances - the power limit on the extension cord can only allow 1 appliance use at a time to avoid power overload and breaking of appliances. Please avoid using all kitchen appliances (water kettle, microwave oven, induction cooker and rice cooker) at the same time.
11. Dining table - Please avoid placing extremely hot pots or pans or bowls directly on the table surface to avoid staining the wood laminate. Please use the bamboo pot holders to protect the surface.
12. Cooking utensils - Provided pots and pans are ceramic. Please avoid using metalware/spoons/forks for cooking that may scratch the surface. Leave pots and pans to cool after use before washing or immersing in cold water.
13. House slippers - we have 4 pairs of slippers for your use during your stay! We will state the obvious, but they are not free. :)
14. Extra Bed - The 5th guest may stay at the sofa bed in the living room. Blanket and pillow are found in the Masters bedroom closet for your use. To use the sofabed, simply pull forward then push back the backrest.
15. No Smoking and No Pets allowed in the unit. No exceptions. Bringing or disposing of cigarette butts also not allowed in the unit. Violating guests will be charged at least P5,500 for the cleaning of all air conditioner units and other burn damages if any. Smoking is strictly not allowed in the fire exits or parking in the building. Kindly ask reception/security for designated smoking areas nearby or outside the building.
16. Any broken/damaged, misused or lost items during stay will be charged to the guest.
17. Any modifications are not allowed in the unit (e.g. furniture rearrangement, removing/sticking/adding anything on the walls by framing, adhesive hooks, stickers, vandalizing/scribbling, etc...) Please advise host beforehand for any questions. Any damages or losses caused by this will be charged to the guest.
18. A mini snack bar is available for your convenience in the living room area. We are selling mineral water, soda, canned goods, chips, cup noodles, cookies and nuts. A menu card is provided with the pricing. We'd very much appreciate that at least 1 day before checkout to please message us the items and qty.
