Keys & Security
– Please lock the doors when you leave — both the main door and the apartment door.
– Always return the keys to the same place at check-out (unless we've agreed otherwise).
Smoking
– No smoking inside the apartment or anywhere in the building. You're welcome to step outside if needed, but please don't throw cigarette butts on the ground.
Peace & Quiet
– No loud music or parties. Please keep things calm, especially after 22:00 (10 Pm) — out of respect for neighbors and for each other's rest.
Cleanliness & Care
– Please treat the space gently — it's someone's home (mine!)
– If you cook, a quick tidy-up would be wonderful.
– You don't have to deep-clean, but leaving it reasonably tidy is much appreciated.
Pets
– No animals unless we've clearly agreed in advance.
Lights & Electricity
– Lights are partly smart-controlled. You can use the switches normally or explore the Pleit app for cozy lighting scenes.
– Please turn off unnecessary lights and devices when you go out.

– Feel free to use the bins under the sink. Let me know if you need help finding the correct containers for recycling outside.
Bathroom Tips
– Please don't flush anything other than toilet paper — no wipes, no paper towels, no surprises
– If the water feels slow to drain, just let me know — better early than late!
Sustainability
– If you're staying more than a couple of days, feel free to reuse towels and air out the space naturally.
– I've tried to use energy-efficient equipment and eco-friendly soaps, so you can feel a bit better while relaxing.
