If a tradesperson needs to attend the property to fix an issue caused by a guest, the following charges are applied:
- Charging 0 per offence should there be a credible noise complaint by the neighbours and/or the police/security are called to the property
- Charging 00 per offence if there is evidence of a party or function at the property
- Charging the cost to repair or replace any malicious, deliberate, or negligent damage to the property
We only charge the guests card in accordance with our terms and conditions and any applicable Australian Laws.

Please take any excess rubbish with you that doesn't fit into the bins and dispose of it responsibly.
If it is bin night during your stay, please put the bins out on the kerb.
Guests must not:
- create any noise disruption to neighbours. Noise disruption for these purposes includes loud behaviour of any type that disrupts the peace and quiet of others; intrusive or abusive language; loud music, piano playing (volume adjustable and headphones are provided) or any other sounds affecting other residents that is audible outside the boundaries of the property or in and around the common property. In the event of noise disruption, we will contact you to notify you of the complaint.
- park or stop any vehicle (including, but not limited to; cars, motorcycles, campervans, caravans, 4wds) on common property at any time.
- obstruct the use of common property.
- damage any lawn, garden, tree, shrub, plant or flower on the property or the common property.
- store on the property any inflammable chemical, liquid, gas or other inflammable material.
- maintain within the lot anything visible from outside other than washing that is on the lines provided and furniture that has been left at the property by the owner.
Guests must:
- be adequately clothed and must not use language or behave in a manner likely to cause offense or embarrassment to any other resident of another lot or in the common property.
- ensure that all rubbish is placed in the bins for the property and not left in the common areas.
- park in the double garage, or and carport One additional vehicle can be parked horizontally in front of the garage so long as it does not obstruct other vehicles. Any additional vehicles must be parked off the premises.
All children must be accompanied by an adult whilst in the common areas.
