Ein wunderschönes dreistöckiges Haus ohne Stromnetz (kein Lastabwurf).
Es gibt 2 Schlafzimmer und 2 Badezimmer. Die Küche und der Essbereich sind offen gestaltet und verfügen über eine offene Lounge, in der Sie vom Home-Office aus arbeiten können.
Im Erdgeschoss finden Sie die wunderschöne Küche mit Gasherd, Elektroherd, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Nespresso-Maschine und allem, was Sie sonst noch benötigen. Ein Schlafzimmer und ein Badezimmer befinden sich neben der Küche und dem Esszimmer und bieten Zugang zu einem kleinen Garten. In der mittleren Etage befinden sich das Wohnzimmer, ein großer Essbereich und ein Büro, das sich perfekt für die Arbeit von zu Hause aus eignet. Diese Räume führen auf eine Terrasse mit Öko-Pool, Loungebereich und Garten. Normalerweise können Sie im März die Trauben genießen, die an den Reben wachsen, und Bananen, wenn es ein gutes Jahr war. Der Öko-Pool filtert das Wasser auf natürliche Weise durch die Pflanzen rund um den Pool. Im Obergeschoss befindet sich das Hauptschlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad, begehbarem Kleiderschrank und Balkon, auf dem Sie den Sonnenuntergang vom Bett (oder Schaumbad) aus beobachten und sich entspannen können. In der Garage parken 2 Autos oder 3 kleinere Autos gleichzeitig sicher.
Das gesamte Haus ist für Sie privat zugänglich, ebenso der Garten und der Öko-Pool. Die Hauptgarage ist ein Gemeinschaftsraum mit der Wohnung nebenan.
Parkhurst ist voller Leben und bietet unglaubliche Restaurants und Geschäfte. Es liegt in der Nähe von Rosebank Gautrain und zentral in der Nähe von Sandton/CBD/Rosebank usw. Der perfekte Vorort, um ein gutes Gefühl für das Johannesburg zu bekommen, das wir alle kennen und lieben. Unser Zuhause ist nur wenige Gehminuten von der 4th Avenue entfernt und ein echtes Juwel in der Nachbarschaft. Süßes Zuhause. Wir können es kaum erwarten, Sie bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen!
Cleaning is available during your stay anytime at an additional cost of R350 per day. Please message me to arrange this for you a day or two in advance. If you would like our helper to do any laundry during your stay, please provide your own detergents and softeners. Thanks!
Please note the swimming pool is an ECO POOL. This means that the water is filtered through the plants, and does not use chemicals to clean it. It maintains a delicate balance with the plants, rocks and soil to filter the water and keep it naturally clean and soft, much like a river. Please try not to have any sunscreens or oil based products in the pool, and absolutely no human bodily fluids please :) I hope you enjoy it and feel the nourishment on your skin! It will always be slightly green in colour as opposed to the heavily chemical more typical blue pools you see, this is normal and correct. The water will flow over the rocks 24/7. Please keep in touch with me if you notice that the water is not flowing or if the creepy is not moving in the mornings, we really rely on guests feedback to make sure everything is still working perfectly as we are not there.
The lights in the office area are turning on and off through Alexa, there is a slim cyclinder black speaker on the desk, that is the Alexa controller. Please say the words: "Alexa, turn on the study lights" to get those lights on, and similarly say off to turn them off.

Please note there are lots of stairs, it is not wheel chair friendly and ideally not suitable for babies older than 7/8 months (once crawling) until maybe 2 years when they can manage the stairs better, but the parent would need to decide. We do have a cot we can set up if required.
Available via messages or the Airbnb app. We live just a few minutes away so can be there incase of any emergencies if required otherwise we encourage you to make it your home sweet holiday home :)
The entire home is accessible to you, along with the garden and eco pool. The main garage is a shared space with the apartment next door.
