Guests also have access to a shared laundry room, picnic benches in the communal area, and ample private parking. The pebble beach can be accessed via a short stroll through the woods from both Ardnagashel Estate and Ardnagashel Woods.

This is an ideal base for exploring Cork and Kerry, with easy access to Kenmare and Killarney via Molly's Gap. West Cork, known as Ireland's food capital, offers vibrant cuisine, passionate producers, and a stunning coastline - a holiday spot you'll want to revisit.

- Visit picturesque seaside town of Kinsale with its award-winning restaurants showcasing the best of locally sourced ingredients

IMPORTANT NOTES

1. Heating and Electricity:
Depending on the location of your booking, a non-refundable Utility Contribution of €40 may apply. If applicable, this charge is paid with your holiday balance and will appear in your payment breakdown.
If no Utility Contribution is shown on your booking, we recommend contacting our call centre to confirm how utility charges are applied, as this can vary by location.
If the €40 Utility Contribution has been charged, any additional utility costs will be handled in one of the following ways:
• Paid locally to the Owner or Property Manager. Please check with them directly, as the calculation method varies by property.
• Pay As You Go electricity meter. The €40 will be credited to the meter on the first day of your stay, and you will need to top up the meter as required during your stay.
Please note that gas or oil charges, where applicable, are always payable locally based on usage and are not included in the amount paid at the time of booking.
2. Pet Fee:
Ardnagashel Estate Holiday Homes accept pets on request. If you wish to bring a dog(s), charges apply and are payable on site to the Property Manager at €40 per dog, with a maximum of 2 dogs per booking. Pets must be confirmed in advance. Reserve your dog(s) at the time of booking via our call centre on +353 (0)1 201 8440.
Please note the garden is open plan. Dogs must be kept on a lead in communal areas and are not allowed in bedrooms or on furniture.
3. Security Deposit:
A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid before check-in to the Property Manager/Owner. This may be taken via credit card pre-authorisation or in person on arrival. At certain times of year or for group bookings, this amount may increase to €500.
4. Towels:
Towel sets are available on request for a small charge. A towel set includes 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel, charged at €3.50 per set. Contact our Call Centre or the Property Manager to arrange
