Das Haupthaus verfügt über drei klimatisierte Schlafzimmer, eine voll ausgestattete Küche sowie kostenlose Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Die Unterkunft ist ideal für bis zu 20 Gäste, jedoch gilt der veröffentlichte Preis für 12 Personen (einschließlich Kinder ab 6 Jahren).

Wichtige Hinweise:
Der veröffentlichte Preis gilt für bis zu 12 Gäste und beinhaltet das Haupthaus mit 3 Schlafzimmern und alle Annehmlichkeiten außer dem Patio/Villa.
Das klimatisierte Patio/Villa kann für Php 4.000 pro Nacht gemietet werden und bietet Platz für bis zu 8 zusätzliche Gäste.
An Feiertagen (24., 25., 31. Dezember und 1. Januar) ist die Anmietung des Patio/Villa verpflichtend.
Ob Familientreffen, private Feier oder Freunde-Trip – das Family Getaway Resort bietet Privatsphäre, Komfort und unvergessliche Momente.
- Noise must be strictly kept at a minimum during quiet hours.
-Check-in: 2:00 pm onwards, check-out: Before 12:00 noon
(Late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.)
-Videoke: 8am to 10pm ( for strict compliance)
-Swimming Pool: 7am-10pm, No eating and drinking in the pool area. No lifeguard is on duty; use the pool at your own risk.
-No smoking inside the house or villa.
-Pets are allowed and can stay outside the house.
-Guests are expected to clean up any pet messes during their stay.
-Cleanliness & Trash: Please keep the property clean. Trash bins are provided.
-Kitchen: Guests are welcome to use the kitchen and cooking appliances. Please clean up after use.
-Environmental Consideration: Help us conserve water and electricity by turning off lights, air conditioning, and water when not in use.
-Your Liability: We reserve the right to hold you accountable for any harm or loss inflicted on our property due to your actions, oversights, negligence, or accidents.
-Waiver of Liability: While we make every effort to ensure the safety and security of our guests and their belongings, guests ultimately bear responsibility for their own safety and the protection of their personal property.
-The published rate is for up to 12pax (including kids 6yo and up) and inclusive of the 3bedroom house including all the amenities except the patio/villa.
Note: The Patio or airconditioned Villa ( pictures with caption) can be rented for an additional Php 4,000 per night (payable upon check in) and can accommodate up to 8 additional guests.
