Beinah geht die große und beschattete Terrasse vor dem Haus direkt in den feinen Sandstrand über. Wo sich die hochgewachsenen hundertjährigen Pinien lichten, steht den Gästen der Villa ein eigener kleiner Strandabschnitt mit Sonnenliegen und Schirm zur Verfügung. Fast ist es zu schade, diesen Ort für Ausflüge länger zu verlassen.
EIN FERIENHAUS NICHT NUR FÜR DEN SOMMER
Die Villa Moscariello erstreckt sich mit ihren drei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern auf zwei Etagen. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich zwei Doppelschlafzimmer. In einem dieser Zimmer steht zusätzlich ein Einzelbett bereit.
Eines der Badezimmer (mit Badewanne) ist ein En-Suite-Bad und direkt vom Schlafzimmer aus erreichbar. Das zweite Badezimmer mit gemauerter Duschkabine befindet sich ebenfalls im Erdgeschoss.
Das einladende, helle und klimatisierte Wohnzimmer mit Sofaecke und Essbereich bildet das Herzstück des Hauses. Von hier hat man Zugang zur Terrasse, zur großen und vollausgestatteten Küche sowie zu einer offenen Schlafgalerie im Obergeschoss.
In der Schlafgalerie unter dem Dach befindet sich ebenfalls ein Doppelbett.
Dank der Gasheizung im Haus ist die Villa Moscariello zudem für einen Aufenthalt das ganze Jahr über geeignet.
EIN PINIENGARTEN DIREKT AM MEER
Die hundertjährigen Pinien sorgen im Außenbereich der Villa Moscariello noch einmal für zusätzliches süditalienisches Flair. Gerade im Sommer spenden sie zudem wohltuenden Schatten. Insgesamt umgibt das Ferienhaus ein ca. 500 qm großes, vollständig umzäuntes Grundstück. Hier findet sich auch ein Stellplatz für einen PKW.

The large, shaded terrace in front of the house nearly merges into the fine sandy beach. Where the tall, 100-year-old pine trees thin out, guests staying at Villa Moscariello will find a small section of beach with sun loungers and sunshade at their disposal only.
In short, it is a lovely place for your time-out, which you barely want to leave for any longer excursions.
A HOLIDAY HOME NOT ONLY FOR THE SUMMER SEASON
Villa Moscariello is a two-storey holiday home with three bedrooms (double bed each), two bathrooms (one with bathtub; one with shower), a spacious living room and a large, well-appointed kitchen.
Except for one of the bedrooms, which is an open sleeping gallery on the attic floor, all the rooms are located on the ground floor.
One of the ground-floor bedrooms is furnished with an additional single bed; the bathroom with bathtub is the en suite of a bedroom. The sleeping gallery is accessible from the living room, which is without doubt the heart of Villa Moscariello.
The inviting, bright and air-conditioned living room with a cozy sofa to relax on and dining furniture for six opens onto the terrace.
Amenities include WiFi, TV, dishwasher and washing machine; air conditioning (extra charge for use) and gas heating make Villa Moscariello suitable for a stay all year round.

In the outdoor area of Villa Moscariello, the 100-year-old pine trees not only enhance the southern Italian atmosphere, but also offer pleasant and welcome shade on hot summer days. The holiday home is surrounded by a ca. 500 m², completely fenced property, on which there is also a parking space for one car.
FAMILY-FRIENDLY BEACHES
For many years, the long sandy beach of Marina di Ascea has been flying the Blue Flag, the sign for excellent bathing conditions. With its shallow waters, this coastal stretch is especially great for children.
Villa Moscariello is not only a perfect accommodation for family beach holidays. Should you be interested in culture, you will find it conveniently located, too. One of the Cilento's most important cultural sites lies so-to-speak right in front of its door: ancient Elea/Velia, where the Eleatic School centering around philosopher Parmenides was once founded.
