Die Villa befindet sich auf dem Grundstück von 500m² mit einem besten Qualität gemacht Pool mit Maßnahmen 8/4 Meter. Auf der ersten Etage befindet sich die Eingangshalle mit einem offenen Wohnzimmer, Küche und zwei Schlafzimmer mit Dusche / Wc. Auf der zweiten Etage gibt es sehr gute Größe Master-doppelzimmer mit Dusche / Wc und direkte große Tür zum Balkon. Der Balkon ist fast allen geografischen Richtungen zugewandt, so dass Sie entweder auf den Berg hinter sich, Ihren Platz mit dem Pool, das Tal vor Ihnen, die Villengegend oder das Meer und die Grüße des Resorts Sunny Beach oder sogar genießen können Die Bucht von Bourgas weiter südlich.
Das Haus ist alarmiert und mit einer Firma mit einer antwortenden Einheit. 2-3 Minuten weg gibt es ein Hotel mit Kinderbereich, Tennisplätze dahinter und weitere 5 min. In der Nähe befindet sich ein beliebtes abgelegenes Folklore-restaurant. Der größte Aquapark ist 10 min. weg und das beste Nachtleben ist am Sonnenstrand - nur 5 min. mit dem Auto.

Innerhalb von 5 min. Fahrt von Sonnenstrand am Schwarzen Meer. Bar, Restaurant und Hotel sind 100 m entfernt.
Sunny Beach ist der größte Ferienort am Schwarzen Meer. Es gibt über 100 Hotels und 130 gastronomische Einrichtungen und eine Vielzahl von Aktivitäten am Strand, darunter Surfen, Tauchen und Wasser

Cancellation / Changes by us
If for any unforeseen reason we have to change your booking, we will do our best to offer you alternative accommodation of the same standard and if possible in the same / similar location. If we have to cancel your booking for reasons beyond our control, we will refund all monies in full. No extra monies will be due. We do not accept liability for travel expenses, alternative accommodation or other expenses that may be incurred.
Late Arrival / Early Departure
No refunds will be due, if the customer is unable to arrive on the expected day due to travel problems. This also applies in the case of early departure.

Arrival / Departures times at your accommodation
Arrival /departure times will be indicated on your final arrival details as well as on the page pages. These times are set by the owners in order that they can best accommodate both arriving and departing guests. If you require an earlier arrival time that indicated please ask in advance and we will see if it is possible. We cannot guarantee and early arrival will be possible at all accommodation as owners need the allocated time to clean and prepare the accommodation for you. Owners reserve the right to refuse entry if you arrive earlier without any prior warning. Accommodation needs to be vacated at the indicated time to allow staff to clean for the following guests. Please plan your trip accordingly or make additional arrangements if your flight times do not match up with the time you need to vacate the property. We cannot be held responsible for guests not being allowed entry if arriving or departing outwith the designated times indicated, without prior warning and without prior agreement with the owner.
Security Deposit
My properties require the payment of a security deposit. This is usually payable in cash (euros) on arrival- …………. It will be held and returned to you at the end of your stay or hold credit card details instead, with the option to pay any monies due at the end of your stay, in cashGuests are kindly asked to leave their accommodation in a clean, orderly condition. All rubbish is to be disposed of in the proper manner and the kitchen area is to be left clean and tidy. If the apartment / villa requires additional cleaning, it is at the discretion of the owner to make an additional charge and deduct this from the security deposit paid. This also applies to properties where final cleaning is payable on location direct to the owner. Any unpaid bills will also be deducted from the security deposit.
Respect for Owners Property
The owner should be advised of any breakages immediately. Please do not take away any items from the property at the end of your stay, they do not belong to you. Any items missing will be considered as theft. Please treat your accommodation / owners / fixtures and fittings with respect. Guests will be liable for any illicit damage and this will be charged for. If guests behaviour is found to be unacceptable, owners have the right to terminate the rental immediately, no refund will be due.
