Einen herrlichen Blick auf das Meer und auf das Capo Palinuro genießen Sie von der 40 qm großen, L-förmigen Terrasse, die ohne Zweifel das Herzstück der Casa del Saraceno ist.

WOHLFÜHLEN IM HERZEN DER CILENTO-KÜSTE
Eine angenehme Atmosphäre herrscht im großzügigen Wohn-Essbereich, in den eine Einbauküche integriert ist und von dem Sie Zugang zur Terrasse haben. Stilvolle Rattanmöbel im Essbereich schaffen das richtige Ambiente, um köstliche Cilento-Spezialitäten und selbst zubereitete Speisen zu genießen.

Eines der beiden luftigen, hellen Schlafzimmer (Doppelbett) verfügt über ein eigenes Bad. Das Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten hat Zugang zur Terrasse. Ein zweites Bad ist über den Flur zugänglich. Ausgestattet mit Zentralheizung ist die Casa del Saraceno auch für einen Aufenthalt im Winter zu empfehlen.
Ihr Auto können Sie an der Straße unterhalb der Wohnung parken.

URLAUBSPARADIES CILENTO
Nur 200 m Luftlinie trennen die Casa del Saraceno vom Meer. Den Sandstrand von Marina di Pisciotta erreichen Sie fußläufig nach ca. 1 km, mit dem Auto nach ca. 1,5 km.
Mögen Sie lieber weite Sandstrände? Dann empfehlen wir Ihnen eine kurze Autofahrt in Richtung Palinuro, die Sie direkt an den Saline-Strand von Caprioli führt. Hier können Sie sich sonnen, baden, schwimmen, entspannen oder auch dem Kap von Palinuro entgegenspazieren. In der Landzunge, die das Kap von Palinuro bildet, liegt übrigens, wie auf Capri, eine Blaue Grotte versteckt. Die Cooperativa am Hafen von Palinuro bringt Sie mit kleinen Holzbooten bis in die Meeresgrotte hinein.

Die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants (geöffnet i.d.R. von April bis Oktober) und Café-Bars befinden sich ebenfalls in Marina di Pisciotta.
Den malerischen Bergort Pisciotta erreichen Sie fußläufig über einen ca. 1,5 km langen Stufenweg oder mit dem Auto nach 3 km. Hier finden Sie im mittelalterlichen Zentrum die Restaurants Osteria del Borgo und I Tre Gufi, die bis auf wenige Wochen im Jahr durchgehend geöffnet haben. Ebenfalls in Pisciotta finden Sie mehrere kleine Supermärkte und Gemüsehändler.

From the 40 m², L-shaped terrace, which is without doubt the heart of Casa del Saraceno, you have got a fantastic view of the sea and of Capo Palinuro.

FEELING AT EASE IN THE HEART OF THE CILENTO
The spacious living-dining room with kitchen unit, tasteful furniture in the dining area and a couch corner with TV radiates a pleasant atmosphere. The room opens onto the terrace.
The two bedrooms (double bed; twin beds) are airy and bright. The twin opens onto the terrace, the double has an en suite bathroom (shower/bidet/WC). A second bathroom (shower/bidet/WC) is accessible from the hallway.

Casa del Saraceno features central heating, which makes it suitable for a stay also in winter, air conditioning (living area), WiFi and washing machine.
You can park your car along the road below the accommodation.

HOLIDAY PARADISE CILENTO
The holiday apartment is 200 m bee-line from the sea. The sandy beach of Marina di Pisciotta is at a walking distance of ca. 1 km, by car it is about 1.5 km. Do you prefer wide sandy beaches? A short drive towards Palinuro takes you to Caprioli's Saline beach, where you can sunbathe, swim, relax or take a walk towards the Cape of Palinuro. By the way, a 'blue grotto' similar to the one on Capri lies hidden away at the headland. If you want to have a closer look at the grotto, stop by the Cooperativa at the harbor of Palinuro; they offer rides into the grotto in small wooden boats.

The nearest shopping facilities, restaurants (open, in general: April – October) and café bars are found at Marina di Pisciotta.
To get to the picturesque mountain village of Pisciotta, you can take a 1.5 km uphill walk along a stepped path; you can of course also go there by car (3 km). There are several supermarkets and greengrocers at Pisciotta; restaurants Osteria del Borgo and I Tre Gufi are located in its medieval center and, apart from only a few weeks, open year-round.
