Schlüsselkarte: Eine Schlüsselkarte ist für den Zugang zur Wohnanlage vorgesehen. Wenn die Schlüsselkarte verloren geht, beschädigt oder nicht zurückgegeben wird, fällt eine Ersatzgebühr in Höhe von THB 2.500 an.
• Maximum occupancy: For everyone's comfort and safety, the apartment accommodates a maximum of 2 guests only. Visitors are not permitted.
• Key card: One key card is provided for access to the condominium. If the key card is lost, damaged, or not returned, a replacement fee of Thb 2,500 will apply.
• No smoking / no vaping: To maintain a clean and healthy environment, smoking or vaping of any kind is not permitted inside the apartment, on the balcony, or anywhere within the condominium premises.
• A Thb 20,000 cleaning fee will apply if smoking occurs inside the apartment.
Smoking on the balcony is subject to a Thb 5,000 fine in accordance with condo regulations.
• No drugs: For the safety and comfort of all residents, the use, possession, or consumption of drugs, including cannabis in any form, is not permitted inside the apartment, on the balcony, or anywhere within the condominium premises.
Any violation may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund and may be reported to the relevant authorities, as required by condo rules and local law.
Mandatory Immigration Registration (Tm30)
To comply with Thai Immigration law (Section 38 of the Immigration Act), all guests must be registered. Please submit clear photos of the following via Airbnb messages within 24 hours of arrival:
1. Passport Photo Page
2. Latest Thai Entry Stamp / Visa Page
Important Terms & Penalties:
• Fines: Any fines or administrative costs resulting from a failure to provide this information on time will be charged to the guest.
• Compliance: We are legally unable to host unregistered guests. Failure to comply may result in reporting to authorities and eviction without refund.
• Why? This registration is required for your safety and is often checked by Immigration if you apply for a visa extension or 90-day report.
