- Check - out time at 12:00 noon
- Turn off lights and Ac/Ceiling Fan when out of the property
-Abusive use of the air conditioner (more than 12 continuous hours) may cause evaporator freezing and may require maintenance. Avoid additional charges $.
- Take care of remote controls and access card. Lost or damage incur a replacement fee up to (Usd)
- Pool hours from 9am to 7pm
- Do not throw paper or objects in the toilet
- Do not hang clothes outside the apartment
- If you use the heater, turn it off after 5 minutes to avoid skin burns and save energy.
- Take the garbage to the garbage tank in the pool area
