CHECKOUT SECURITY & KEY RETURN
At checkout, guests must ensure the apartment is fully secured before departure.
This includes:
• Locking all doors and windows
• Turning off lights and appliances
• Returning all apartment keys and swipe fobs to the designated location
Failure to lock the apartment or return keys will result in additional security, replacement, and locksmith charges being billed to the guest via Airbnb Resolution Centre.
LOST KEYS / SWIPE FOBS
Guests are responsible for all keys and swipe access devices provided during their stay.
Lost, unreturned, or damaged keys/swipe fobs will incur a replacement fee of 0 , depending on building and security programming costs.
If keys are not returned, guests may also be charged for locksmith services, security reprogramming, and building access resets where required.
SMOKE ALARM SAFETY
Tampering with, disabling, covering, or removing smoke detectors is strictly prohibited.
Any interference with fire safety equipment will result in:
