1) Photo identification of all guests staying in the apartment needs to be sent before guests arrive at the apartment to register with the building security , guests have register before check in allowing time to arrange their entrance to the building with the security and administration.
2) An additional charge of 50 thousand Colombian pesos per day will be applied per guest more than the 4 permitted to enter the apartment
3)Save energy while using the A/C. Do not let it run on when you are not present in the room or the apartment. A penalty charge of 250 thousand Cop will be applied if the air conditioning is left on when no one is present in the apartment including when checking out we have a system to monitor this remotely
4) No Parties
5)Turn off lights and appliances when not in use.
6)no eating or drinking in the bedrooms.
7)no smoking, no drugs.
8)do not flush anything besides human waste.

1. Registro de huéspedes
Se debe enviar una identificación con foto de todos los huéspedes que se hospedarán en el apartamento antes de la llegada, para registrarlos con la seguridad del edificio. Los huéspedes deben estar registrados antes del check-in para permitir coordinar su ingreso con seguridad y administración.
2. Huéspedes adicionales
Se aplicará un cargo adicional Decop por día por cada huésped que exceda el límite de 4 personas permitidas en el apartamento.
3. Consumo de energía y aire acondicionado
Monitoreamos el consumo eléctrico del apartamento las 24 horas. El promedio básico diario es de 15–20 kWh. El aire acondicionado debe usarse únicamente en las horas más calurosas o en la noche. Está prohibido mantenerlo encendido las 24 horas o dejarlo prendido cuando no haya nadie en el apartamento. El uso excesivo—ya sea por dejarlos encendidos al salir o mantenerlos todo el día—tendrá una penalidad Decop por día.
4. No fiestas
Está estrictamente prohibido realizar fiestas o eventos.
5. Luces y electrodomésticos
Apague luces y electrodomésticos cuando no estén en uso.
6. No comer ni beber en las habitaciones
No se permite comer ni beber en las habitaciones.
7. Prohibido fumar o usar drogas
No se permite fumar ni consumir drogas en ninguna parte del apartamento.
8. Uso del inodoro
No arroje papel higiénico ni ningún otro objeto al inodoro. Únicamente se deben desechar allí los residuos humanos.
9. Ruido
Respete las normas de ruido y mantenga los volúmenes en un nivel considerado.
10. Ropa de cama y toallas
Respete nuestras toallas y sábanas; evite mancharlas o dañarlas.
11. Daños
Si rompe algo, reemplácelo. Si no puede reemplazarlo, infórmenos de inmediato.
