Das Gerät ist mit Notbeleuchtung und einer Mini-USV für den Wi-Fi-Router ausgestattet, um Komfort beim Lastabwurf zu gewährleisten. Es bietet eine erstklassige Lage in Sunninghill, verkehrsgünstig in der Nähe der Autobahnen N1, M1 und N3 sowie der Krankenhäuser Sunninghill und Waterval. Die Unterkunft bietet einen überdachten Parkplatz und ist sicher. Es ist ideal für Geschäftsreisende oder Familien im Urlaub und bietet Platz für bis zu 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder.
Dieses stilvolle Apartment mit 1 Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer in einem sicheren Komplex in Sunninghill. Es verfügt über eine offene Küche und einen Wohnbereich, der zu einer überdachten Terrasse und einem privaten Garten führt. Die Unterkunft verfügt über ein separates Schlafzimmer und ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche (keine Badewanne, zugänglich durch das Schlafzimmer). Sowohl das Schlafzimmer als auch der Wohnbereich sind mit Verdunkelungsrollos ausgestattet. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit einer Kaffeemaschine, einem Geschirrspüler, einem Kühl-/Gefrierschrank, einem Backofen und einem Herd mit vier Platten.
Das Apartment bietet WLAN und der Fernseher ist mit Netflix, Prime und YouTube verbunden, bietet jedoch KEINE SABC-Kanäle oder DSTV.
Bitte beachten Sie, dass das Apartment nicht täglich, sondern nur einmal pro Woche bei Aufenthalten von mehr als 10 Tagen gereinigt wird.
Beachten Sie, dass die überdachten Parkplätze auf Fahrzeuge mit einer Höhe von bis zu 2 Metern beschränkt sind. Anhänger müssen auf dem Gästeparkplatz in der Nähe des Pools geparkt werden.
Key lock box code will be send to you a day before check in. I know most people prefer some basic groceries in the apartment when they arrive, the apartment will have a selection of complementary tea's and coffee, milk and sugar.

No Smoking – Please do not smoke or vape inside the apartment or common/public areas. You can smoke on the patio or in the unit's private garden but please make sure the patio door is closed and make use of the ashtray. Please do not throw your cigarette buds in the garden and if/when you empty the ashtray please put it in the green plastic bags before you put it in the dustbin otherwise the apartment smells, a R1000 fine will be charge if the apartment smell like smoke.
No Parties – You are welcome to have max 2 visitors over at a time but please be respectful of the neighbors and keep the noise levels down.
Parking – Please only park in the undercover parking marked 75 or in guest parking (parking without a roof).
Visitors – You are welcome to have visitors over; by doing so you take full responsibility for their actions during their visit. If visitors sleep over and was not part of original booking an additional R500 fee will be charged per guest per night.
Late Check-out – Check-out is strictly before 10am, late check-out can be arranged but need to be arranged at least the day before. Unauthorised late check-outs will be charged R100 plus an additional R25 for every 15min.
Pools – No children under 12 can swim without adult supervision, if you swim after 7pm please keep the noise levels down.
Pets – No pets including service dogs are allowed without prior authorization, a R1000 charge is applicable for any unauthorized pets.
Enjoy – Enjoy the space, I put love and care into the apartment for your enjoyment.
Please inform me if anything is broken or not working in the apartment so I can attend to it asap.
Ps. Please note that there is a security camera on the patio and a Ring camera doorbell by the front door, only the Doorbell camera have a view of the inside of the apartment when the door is Open.
To keep cost down I do not charge a cleaning fee, however if you leave the house in a state I will be charging you a cleaning fee of R250-R500 depending on how many extra hours it takes to clean after you since it takes us 3 hours to clean between guests in general.
I don't reside on the property, but I am just a phone call away and a 25-minute drive should you require any assistance.

The complex boasts two communal swimming pools with entertainment areas, visitor parking, a tennis court, and a coin-operated laundry room. Guests enjoy complimentary access to these amenities during their stay in my unit.
