Visitors: Only registered guests are allowed overnight. Unapproved visitors or extra guests will incur a €50 per person per night charge.
No parties or events: This home is for relaxation, not celebrations. Parties will result in immediate cancellation of stay and a €250 penalty.
Smoking & vaping: Strictly prohibited indoors. If smoke odour is detected inside, a €150 deep-cleaning fee will apply.
Cooking: Light cooking is fine — please avoid strong-smelling or oily dishes. Heavy cooking that causes odours or stains may incur additional cleaning charges.
Cleanliness: Please wash dishes and leave the home tidy at check-out. Excessive mess requiring extra cleaning may incur up to €150 extra cleaning fee.
Bins & recycling: Dispose of rubbish properly and follow recycling instructions in the house manual.
Check-out: Check-out time is 10 am. Late check-out without prior approval may incur a €25 per hour fee.
Security: Lock doors and windows whenever you leave. Lost keys or remotes will incur a €100 replacement fee.
Damage or loss: Please report issues immediately. We aim to resolve things fairly and keep the home in great condition for all guests.
